This poll organized by Tokyo Hat Club and was held every year from Aug to Nov, a total of 4 rounds, to find the winner for the best hat-wearing male/female celebrities. So far Amuro Namie had won the first 2 rounds of Hat Grand Prix 2008 and the 3rd round is open for voting. If you look carefully, namie is also the winner of the woman category for Hat Grand Prix 2006!
